How to activate the glow

The supplier recommends exposing the ball to bright natural or artificial light for approximately 20 minutes before use. The glow fades over time; expose it to light again as needed. Keep the ball away from hot bulbs and other heat sources. Glow does not replace adequate lighting for you and your dog to move safely.

Fit and supervised play

Compare the 2.5-inch diameter with your dog’s mouth size before ordering. The Medium label alone does not establish suitability. Do not use a ball small enough for your dog to swallow. Supervise fetch, inspect before each session, and replace if damaged or shedding pieces. Do not leave it with your dog for unattended chewing.

Care

Follow the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions and dry before storage. Floating does not make the ball a flotation aid; supervise closely around water and only play where conditions are appropriate for your dog.
