Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pets to love every purchase from Claws and Paws Pets! If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at clawsandpawspets@protonmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items For the safety of all pets, we cannot accept returns on opened food, treats, or grooming products.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — no return needed!

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return the original and place a new order.
