Assess suitability before ordering

Overall dimensions and added platforms do not establish that an enclosure meets your pet’s housing needs. Confirm the usable continuous floor area, bedding depth, ventilation, bar spacing, and accessory dimensions against species-specific care guidance before purchase. Check that the wheel allows a natural running posture and that openings cannot trap your pet.

Setup and daily care

Follow the manufacturer’s assembly instructions and place on a stable, level surface. Arrange platforms and ramps to limit falls and check doors, clips, and fasteners regularly. Stop use if glass is cracked or other components become damaged.

Provide appropriate bedding and enrichment, check the water bottle’s flow daily, and clean the enclosure and accessories regularly according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
