Daily care

Check water level, freshness, and pump operation daily. Refill with fresh drinking water as needed. Clean the fountain and pump regularly and maintain or replace filters according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Filtration does not sterilize water or replace routine cleaning.

Cleaning and electrical precautions

Disconnect power before cleaning. The stainless steel parts are listed as dishwasher safe; confirm individual components in the manufacturer’s care instructions before machine washing. Do not put the pump or electrical components in the dishwasher.
