Check suitability

Check the ball’s actual dimensions before use and offer it only if it is too large for your pet to swallow. This is an interactive toy, not a chew toy. Supervise every play session and remove it if your pet bites through the exterior or exposes internal parts.

Charging and care

Follow the manufacturer’s charging instructions and use compatible charging equipment. Charge out of your pet’s reach and disconnect before play. Inspect for damage before each use and stop using the toy if the battery or housing becomes damaged.

The supplier recommends wiping the surface with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the toy or allow moisture into the charging port. Let it dry before charging or use. Store out of reach after play.
