Fit and use

Compare the mat’s measurements with your pet’s resting space before ordering. Size and weight labels alone do not establish fit. Place on a dry, stable surface and check for movement; the bottom does not guarantee that the mat cannot slide.

Cool-touch fabric provides a contact sensation, not a guaranteed temperature reduction or protection from overheating. Provide shade, fresh drinking water, and a comfortably cool environment. Allow your pet to move off the mat freely and monitor comfort.

For outdoor use, keep the mat protected from unsuitable weather. Do not assume waterproof construction. For vehicle travel, it does not replace an appropriate pet restraint.

Cleaning and care

Follow the attached care label for machine washing and permitted dryer settings. Dry fully before reuse. Inspect regularly and remove if fabric tears or your pet chews or damages the mat. It is not chew-proof.
