Setup and care

Confirm the full assembled dimensions and installation requirements before ordering. Follow the manufacturer’s setup instructions, including any required wall attachment, and check stability before use. Do not treat the scratcher as a load-bearing climbing shelf unless the manufacturer specifically permits it.

Introduce your cat to the scratcher at their own pace. Inspect regularly, remove loose cardboard debris, and replace when heavily worn or unstable. Discourage chewing or swallowing the material and keep the cardboard dry. A scratching accessory does not guarantee protection for other furniture.
