Fit and installation

Supplier-listed weight limit: up to 22 lb (10 kg). This limit alone does not establish the strength of your wall or mounting arrangement. Confirm wall construction and follow the manufacturer’s mounting requirements; the supplier excludes drywall installation. Included hardware may not suit every wall. Seek qualified installation help if needed.

Check that the platform size and spacing suit your cat’s mobility. Plan comfortable access and descent, limit fall hazards, and observe initial use. Inspect the mounting points, fasteners, wood, and cushion attachments regularly. Stop use if anything loosens or becomes damaged.

Care

Remove the cushion cover for hand washing or a delicate machine cycle at 30°C, following the manufacturer’s care label. Do not assume the foam insert is machine washable. Dry fully before reassembly and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning the wood.
