Check suitability before use

Confirm shell dimensions, entrance sizes, ladder gaps, and attachment requirements for your pet. A broad species list does not establish suitability. Your pet should be able to enter and exit comfortably without becoming trapped. Natural materials can vary in shape and size.

Follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions. Position accessories to limit falls and avoid loose loops or gaps that could trap limbs. Do not assume a hanging setup is appropriate for every small pet.

Care and inspection

Inspect shells, fibers, ropes, ladders, and attachments regularly. Remove sharp or broken components and stop use if ropes fray or parts loosen. Monitor chewing and remove if your pet swallows fibers or pieces. Keep clean and dry according to the manufacturer’s care instructions. These accessories do not replace suitable housing, bedding, or daily habitat care.
