Check fit before ordering

Measure your dog’s body width and height against the flap opening; weight alone does not establish fit. Confirm wall thickness and construction compatibility before purchasing. Frame dimensions are not the wall cutout dimensions; use the manufacturer’s template.

Installation and use

Follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions and consult a qualified installer if unsure about wall structure, wiring, or plumbing. Check the frame, flaps, and panels regularly. Introduce your dog to the opening gradually and make sure the area on both sides is appropriate for access. Flaps and lock panels do not replace supervision or home security measures.
