Plan the installation

Confirm assembled dimensions, wall compatibility, mounting requirements, and any manufacturer weight limits before ordering. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and use supports and hardware appropriate for your wall construction. Seek qualified installation help if unsure.

Choose an accessible position with room for your cat to stretch. Do not assume the posts are suitable as climbing supports or that the installation can bear your cat’s full weight unless the manufacturer explicitly approves that use. Adjust the rotating surface only as instructed and secure it before allowing use.

Care and inspection

Inspect fasteners, supports, sisal, and fabric regularly. Stop use if loose or damaged, and remove loose strands your cat might swallow. Follow the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions. Scratching preferences vary, and the posts do not guarantee protection for other furniture.
