Fit and use

Measure your crate’s usable interior floor and compare your dog’s resting measurements with the pad’s dimensions before ordering. Breed names and nominal crate sizes do not guarantee a comfortable fit.

Place on a dry, stable surface and check for movement. The bottom does not guarantee that the pad cannot slide.

This pad is not indestructible or chew-proof and should not be used as a chewing challenge. Supervise initial use, especially with dogs that chew bedding, and remove the pad if fabric tears, foam is exposed, or your dog swallows loose material.

Cleaning and care

Remove the cover before washing and follow its care label for machine washing, spot cleaning, and drying. Do not assume the foam insert or complete pad is machine washable. Dry all components fully before reassembly.

Clean spills promptly and inspect the liner and seams regularly. Do not assume the entire pad is waterproof or that liquids cannot reach the foam.
