Check ball size and play space

The included balls are smaller than standard tennis balls. Confirm that 2-inch balls are appropriate for your dog’s mouth size and cannot be swallowed; this set is not suitable for every dog or breed. Use only ball types and sizes approved by the manufacturer.

Follow the operating instructions and keep people and pets clear of the launch opening and flight path. Start with the shortest setting in a clear area with adequate space. Stop if your dog is frightened by the noise. Supervise every session; the launcher is not a substitute for supervision while you are away.

Care and operation

Use clean, dry, undamaged balls. Dirty or wet balls may interfere with operation. Switch off before cleaning or clearing jams, and follow the manufacturer’s battery and maintenance instructions. Keep the machine dry and do not assume outdoor use means it is weatherproof. Inspect balls and equipment regularly and replace damaged parts before use.
