Everyday use

Place on a stable, level surface and introduce the floating-disk design gradually. Check that your pet can drink comfortably. Splashes and spills can still occur; the bowl is not guaranteed spill-proof.

Cleaning and care

Check water levels and freshness daily and refill as needed. Disassemble and clean regularly, including beneath the floating disk. Follow the manufacturer’s filter-care and replacement instructions. A filter does not sterilize water or replace cleaning.

Confirm which components are dishwasher safe in the manufacturer’s care instructions before machine washing. Inspect for damage and replace worn parts. The bowl does not replace daily pet care or water checks while you are away.
