Fit and placement

Compare your dog’s resting measurements with the pad’s dimensions. Measure your crate’s usable interior floor before ordering; an 18-inch crate label or a pet’s weight alone does not guarantee fit.

Place on a dry, stable surface and check for movement. The bottom does not guarantee that the pad cannot slide. This is bedding, not a treatment for anxiety, joint conditions, or skin problems. For vehicle travel, it does not replace an appropriate pet restraint.

Unpacking and care

After opening, gently shake and fluff the pad according to the manufacturer’s instructions to help redistribute the compressed filling. Keep packaging away from pets.

Follow the attached care label for hand or machine washing and drying. Use a dryer only if the label permits it, and dry the filling thoroughly before reuse. Do not assume the pad has a removable cover or waterproof protection.

Inspect regularly and remove if your dog tears the fabric, exposes filling, or swallows loose material. This pad is not chew-proof.
