Fit and mounting

Confirm the platform and step dimensions, wall construction, and manufacturer’s installation requirements before ordering. Supplier-listed support capacity is up to 35 lb; this does not independently establish the strength of your wall, anchors, or installed arrangement.

Follow the manufacturer’s mounting instructions and use hardware appropriate for the wall material. Additional or different anchors may be needed. Measure and plan step spacing for your cat’s mobility and comfortable descent, and seek qualified installation help if unsure. Do not allow use until all parts are securely mounted.

Care and use

Observe initial use and check fasteners, pads, wood, and sisal regularly. Stop use if components loosen or become damaged. Remove loose fibers and discourage swallowing material. Follow the care label for washing removable pads and dry fully before reattaching. Do not assume the whole shelf assembly is washable.
